We welcome: Saliha Gündogan

After finishing her master thesis, Saliha Gündogan joins the group Fatigue and Fracture Mechanics as a research assistant from October. Saliha already worked as a student assistant at IWM during her studies in Computational Engineering Science and wrote her master thesis on "Analysis of long-term behavior under uniaxial compressive loading of zinc-based alloys considering phase transformations in correlation to macro properties" at IWM. In the future, Saliha will stay in the field of zinc-based alloys and will investigate this group of materials with respect to their application in sliding bearings.
